this one
March 11th, 2026

A unique, behind-the-scenes Napa experience designed for women leaders who want to build presence and be inspired.

Join Wednesday Women for a rare, behind-the-scenes day in Napa Valley with Silver Oak Cellars — created exclusively for executive women who crave more than a typical wine tour.

WHEN: March 11, 2026 9a-4p PT

WHERE: Napa Valley, CA with round trip transportation from Downtown San Francisco

From the first pour to the final conversation of the day, this experience is designed to be fun, personal, and deeply memorable—bringing together extraordinary women and the kind of connection that only happens when you step out of your everyday pace.

You can expect:

- A private, immersive experience at one of Napa’s most celebrated wineries

- A curated vineyard tour by viticulurist Allison Bettis and winery tour with winemaker Laura Oskwarek

- A private lunch and wine pairings prepared by executive Chef and James Beard Nominee, Preeti Mistry.

- Space for meaningful conversation with fellow executive women—no small talk required

- A setting intentionally designed for presence, reflection, and real connection

This is not a networking event. It’s a chance to step into beauty, craftsmanship, and community—together.

Brought to you by Wednesday Women, this experience is for women who lead at the highest levels—and who know that some of the most powerful moments in their careers happen far away from a conference room.

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.

Please note: To ensure attendance and participation, a $125 reservation fee will be required after your spot is confirmed.

Our host, Silver Oak Cellars, was founded in 1972, and is world renowned for crafting Cabernet Sauvignon. Fueled by passion and driven by a relentless pursuit of perfection, its meticulously crafted Cabernet Sauvignons are exclusively aged in American Oak, creating wines of elegance, complexity, and consistency. Silver Oak’s wineries in Napa Valley and Alexander Valley are the first production wineries to achieve LEED Platinum certification, underscoring Silver Oak’s leadership in sustainable winemaking.

A dinner so beautifully curated, it felt like a love letter to community, connection, and to the women who keep showing up for each other. An evening that opened the door to real talk, support, and momentum.

Have questions?

Wednesday Women events are a unique chance to gather in support of our mission: to amplify women you should know, learn from, and be inspired by. Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions.

Here are a few ways in which our events may stand out from others you've been to.

- Not your standard networking event: We go beyond the basics to facilitate deep, impactful connection.

- Relaxed, yet professional atmosphere: Ditch the typical small talk. This group will feel like old friends.

- No selling or pitching: Our focus is purely on shared growth and support.

- Curated conversation: Engage in facilitated discussion about topics that matter to you.

- Exclusive and limited: An intimate group of invited executive women ensures quality interaction.

Because our events are limited by space, we ask everyone who is interested in attending to apply.  We work hard to curate a guest list for each event that is executive, diverse (in a multitude of ways), and enthusiastic.  If we aren't able to extend you an invitation for this event - we encourage you to apply to attend other events!

Wednesday Women is a small company and much of our success (and amazing events) are thanks to the support of our partners. Each executive dinner is sponsored by a partner but there's no pitching at our events – only meaningful relationship building.  We invite you to learn more about WW partners here

Wednesday Women primarily hosts executive dinners (like this one) and less-formal Coffee & Conversation events.  They are hosted in locations around the globe, based on requests from our supporters and financial support from our partners.  Have an idea where you'd like to see us go next?  Email us at founders@wednesdaywomen.org
